On aAccording to the summon recieived from the Maharashtra court on Sunday, the einquiry was conducted, and during the einquiry it iwas learnted that the mentioned name and address were fake in nature. There is no person inby the name of M. Rajeshwaran, and thate address containing 8th South sStreet is also not available. So thatey couldweren't able to serve the summon.
