The increasing presence of coal as industrial waste is a major threat to the environment. Therefore, we were forceare forced to find a scientific solution to stimulate the coal and recycle this huge amount of solid waste as an alternative to ordinary cement. Compared to conventional cement production, the successful development of this new material can save energy, reduce harmful gas emissions, recycle a huge amount of coal waste, and significantly reduce the cost of cement production, which plays an active role in the construction of industrial and reconstruction projects. It became necessary to find specifications that fit the purpose required. In the current experiment , we added multiple doses 10%,20% ,30%, of the total weight of the material and follow, followed the effect of coal on hydration and the mobility of cement and finding physic-chemicalphysio-chemical properties and cement by applying the abstract model and the activation energy for each sample. This study was conducted using the differential scanning caloricalorie meter (DSC)(D.S.C.) The study is economic in term of costcosts and also environmentenvironmentally friendly. The results showed that coal is a pozzolanic substance thatwhich contributes to the moistening of the cement mix and has contributed to improving the mechanical properties of cement.
