asAs we reached on a busy period of time., all the meeting rooms are getting booked. weWe need to be sure we have all the equipmentsequipment running and in good condition and ready in at hand. presentlyPresently, we are short of 2 projectortwo projectors. thisThis issue has been highlighted a long time ago, and we are still waiting for aan outcome. incaseIn case if we got a meetingsmeeting in Manhattan 1 and Manhattan 2 then, we don'twon't have a projector. inIn a conference department, we need to have at list 2 projectleast two projectors or ona backup in case of any last minutelast-minute faults or bookings. alsoAlso, we do require 1one portable screen in Manhattan 2, as presently we don't have any.
alsoAlso, we cant keep the portable tvTV in Manhattan. sometimesSometimes we require the TV in new meeting rooms (1-4) because of the Creston media system, which sometimes gives an error and takes time to restart . so weWe can't keep the guest waiting, so we use the portable tvTV, which is our fast backup.
thereThere are a few issues which are always been highlighted on the handover, that are still pending and need to take action. canCan we please make sure towe resolve this issue in a urgent basisurgently so that we ranrun the operation smoothly without any complaints.

It is almost a year and a half thethat the conference glass machine which was in the blue sky suite is brokenhas been broken and never been repaired due to the expenciveexpensive parts.
presentlyPresently, the team is having a bit of a tough time to polish 150-200 glasses because they have to wait for the F&B team to finish washing their glasses, or sometimes the F&B area is full due to the busy operation, and the conference team needneeds to wait, which looseswastes a lot of time. ifIf we can repair the old machine or order a new one, whichit will save a lot of time and we can forcusfocus on work .
