I would like to propose a new course in PELP that only focusfocuses on presentationspresentation skills. Many of the new employees are missing the presentationspresentation skills, which is having a negative impact on their confidence and work productivity.

Many of the new employees have a leak in delivering presentationspresentation skills. According to the study done by the PDP Development Department, more than 30% of new PDPs received a moderate to low evaluation as a result of having multiple deficiencies in their delivering effective presentations. One of the main causes of this is the PDPs diddo not have experience in delivering presentations.

The course will focus only on how to deliverdelivering effective presentations, and it will be only four weeks long. BesidesAfter the course, they will be able to deliver any presentation no matter what line of business they’re in. Additionally, this stage will improve their communication skills in a short amount of time. Furthermore, taking this course will increase the PDPsPDPs’ efficiency at work by focusing only on their presentions weaknesspresentation weaknesses. Ultimately, this wouldwill have a significant impact on rebuilding their lost confidence by taking a lot front of their course colleagueconfidence.
