iI would like to inform you that we face delay behind our schedule, due to the points below ,:

*the timing issue in the mMarina mMall. mMany times, we start the work late, espescialliy ion the weekend, due to some events happensing and security not allowing us to start before 1 A.M in the morning. and finish by 7 A.M. and we cannot slatay morer than 6am A.M. or 7am A.M., due to the cleaner of mMab . tThey need to start cleaning the doom area by 7 am A.M.

*Emaar supplying us with 1 boom left only and they expecting from us to finish with 1 month and this not possible. dDue to this project, more than 1000 sq and no way with 1 boom left to complete the job and I try several times to explain to emEmeaar, but they was too muchere pushing us too much and complaining and threatening us .

*for 2 days before the events they had in the mall, my team doidn’t do any work, due to the fact that they wasere closing all the damaged area from before and they doid the paint there. wWe wasted the time of the team for 2 days for that job .

*MAB and Emaar they requested my team several times to do some work in different locations, such as light fixing or ceiling paint, and many times they stopped our work to use the boom left .
