With regard to the letter received from the editor, I can make that the manuscript is revised by anthe English Language Editing Services that you are recommending. In the same way, I can improve figures. But, the issue that concerns me is when the editor says that the scope is rather narrow; the subject is about a nonlinear static analysis that approaches its results with a complex nonlinear dynamic analysis, which is better than a traditional pushover analysis, and it can be used likeas a concept in any building. Then, my question is: if I improve the language and the figures, are you going to make a deep review? Or, are you going to continue rejecting this manuscript at first sight, saying that the scope is rather narrow?
