I understand the reason behind my termination, but feel like I deserve a second chance to prove myself, knowing that disciplinthe error wouldn't happen again. Although, I did have good intentions by trying to help my coworker with a situation that occurred on his behalf., I do "realize and understand" that staying ovextra hours for him, or anyone else employed at "Frito lLay", and working under their name or clocking them out wouldn't be the right Direcsolution Togo in. If I were ever to be in a situation like that again, and there's no crewing Aavailable at the time, I would advise my coworker to get with a resource member instead of coming up with our own solution and putting our jobs at risk. Frito lLay is a company I enjoyed working at , and also Aa job I came in the door giving a 110% (and plan on continuing to do so, if rewarded a second chance). I'm apologizing for breaking those guidelines, hoping that some day soon, I will be able to walk back though the Frito lLay doors again ready to reestablish my Iimage and demonstrate my hardworking abilities.
