Next week will be June 22. Do you wonder, what is so significant about this date? Well, the company for which I work paid on 22nd of every month. Just like all those who belong to the salaried mass (perhaps weyou do not yet have your own Fintech), this is a special day because it rewards my daily work. That day, all of us pay our debts, we get a little closer to our dreams, and ensure the education of our children. aThend, I pay the salary to the person helping us at home. For this person, it is also her payday and should also be a special day.
The point is that she does not have a bank account and receives her salary in cash every month, so, Iif the day is Friday 22nd, I have to go to the ATM, take the money, and as often happens that when I get home, she is gone. Then your special day is deferred three days until the following Monday. The obvious answer would be, she will have an account in a bank, and I should move the money using a transfer between accounts, which is a reliable service in my country. The point is that she is an unbanked person and doeputs whatside toas becomes one. However, it has a small cell which is never separated. It is not a smartphone, but it works for what she needs. So I think, what if I can create a transaction that reserves a certain amount of my bank account every month and sentd an SMS to her cell with a unique and unrepeatable code.? Then she can approach an ATM at any time, and by entering youher phone number, and password, sent by SMS, can get the cash. Moreover, if I build on this base of potential customers and offering additional financial services, I have an opportunity to reach the unbanked segment. The expansion opportunity has enormous potential for many services, and the ability to help build a different future for a vulnerable segment of society is something that makes the difference.
