Since the proforma Ccontract was not using the new Lliquidated damages Pprovision dusince to it was prepared before the new liquidated damages provision was applied on January 5th,2016
Please let us know the percentage that we will use for LD provision,. After reviewing the commercial's and proposal's qualified bidder andwe found so muchany exceptions to the proforma contract and ion the other side we only purchase material from them without services,. I suggest to useing 15%.
