We have been dealing many times with companies outside iIraq and they proposed a lot of exceptions ,. fFirstly, they do not want to follow strictly the ITT requirements and tried to stand on their exceptions, but Ffinally most of them agreed to follow the ITT requirements to allow them to continue to the next stage. bBut some suppliers and contractors were not agreeing , and we have had to disqualify them, . mMany companies that have been disqualified want to withdraw the exceptions after we have gotreceived a final decision, but unfortunately we can not get it back to them to re-evaluate.
