Regarding the allegations, Mr. Williams stated that Ms. Cox called him around 5 or 6pm and stated she would be dropping the kids off.
He stated he told Ms. Cox that "if she could not keep the boys all day she should have never taken them", and that no one would be home.
He stated he was unaware the children were with their mother.
His mother, Ms. Williams found the children playing next to the home in an open field.
His oldest son Michael and youngest son Michaeux were not wearing shoes.
Mr. Williams was at work when his mother found his children. Mr. Williams stated that no one was home when the children were dropped off. He stated he has been dating Ms. Cox on and off for about 11 years. She lived with them about 2 or 3 months ago, but left due to them not getting along, so she moved out.

He stated he has not talked to Sabrina, but that she is possibly in jail. Mr. Williams says that he has received several calls from a correctional facility. He stated that Ms.Cox's family threatened to come over to see the children, and that he does not get along with her brothers.

The family was placed on a sSafety pPlan. The Safety pPlan states that the three boys will remain with their paternal grandmother and biological father during the investigation. M
Their mother also failed to report to a CPS office to meet the caseworker on 6-24-16. BThe biological father and paternal grandmother will contact CPS or law enforcement if their mother comes to the home. This sSafety pPlan takes effect June 24, 2016.
