Teamwork

Over my last year at Apple, I've pushed myself to talk with my peers more and have provided and accepted motheire feedback thpris year more then any of my previorus ytimears within the company. In doing so, I have been able to collaborative with my peers and have been able to focus on area’s for improvement within the store, participating in things like community out reach, store newsletters, emerging issues, visual standards, associate spotlight, video interviews for meetings and personal one -on -one’s with management and the lead genius.

I have pustretched myself to be an active participant in the resets and have even led a few from time to time, providing emerging issues and hot topics for my peers. With major “Quality Programs” and the Genius bar experience constantly evolving and a dash of new hires, I've helped train newer FRS's and have even worked with my Peers to provide keynote presentations that have played in both the gGenius room and the back of house. I have also had the opportunity to work within the workshop team helping my peers learn wito doh personal training’s and Workshops as well as do them myself. I even had the opportunity of doing the Apple community outreach initiative assisting the local retirement home with technical support and training. Not only have I reached out in many ways to help my peers, I’ve also continued to learn in my current role pushing myself to meet my own metrics and actively pursuing the role of Genius and Career experiences like I.S.G.T.

In this last year alone I have pushed myself to grow in all aspects of the F.R.S. role providing my peers &and customers with training, while keeping my technical support, N.P.S. and session duration in check. I’ve always kept an eye on my own Metrics throughout the year challenging myself to do better in all categories. I’ve always been known to help out my team members and have even had the opportunity to assist other aApple’s locations with bar support. One of the my biggest changes to teamwork this year, was switching to the Carlsbad location.
