Geography
If I wasere going on a two -day trip to another state, what would I bring with me — a map or a globe.? A globe is a round ball that representeds the Earth. A map is a flat version of a globe that shows countries, continents, roads, rivers, etc. Also, what are the five themes of geography, and how do geographers use them.? Let's find out!
If I wasere going on a two -day trip to another state, I would bring a map. A globe is good as well, but, hard to carry around from place, to place. On the Alsother hand, a map is very easy to carry around to places. You can just stick it in your pocket or bag, and done. You can take it anywhere you want. A globe yYou probably can’'t fit a globe into any of those places. Uunless the globe is very small, which makes it hard to see. O— or if the pocket or bag is very big, which makes it hard to walk around. So, I would prefer a map.
The five themes of Ggeography are Llocation, place, Rregion, movement, and, Hhuman-environment interaction. Geographers use location to organize the Earth by finding out where it is, or where it’s located.S, so that they will know where each place is and, whit wouldch makes it easier for them to study and, for map makers to make maps. They use place by studying the physical and human features. If they didn’t use place, they wouldn’t know the climate of each place and how many people live there. Thoise information areis very important to the world, and would makes it easier for them to study. They use region to know the climate of each place, the land, population, or history. Geographers use colors, shapes, or special symbols to organize it on a maps. They use movement by studying how people, goods, and, ideas move from aone place to another. ItThis helps them to understand cultural changes. They use Hhuman-environment interaction to study the consequences of people's actions. This would helps them so that theyo know how the environment affects the people and, how the people affect the environment.
Geographers are very smart people. They help you know where you live on eEarth. Also, they help study information for mapmakers to make maps. Sso that you and I wouilld know which way to go when we are going on road trips. Plus, geographers help study how food or items that are in your country isare not all from where you live, and, that they are imported, and twhichat is called movement. Geographers help us in so many things., Ttoo muchany to count. So, we all need to thank them for everything they do to help organize the eEarth.
