To start with, I was wondering if you could let me know a little bit more about how my home detention/GPS equipment functions, when it comes to the situation of being in a restricted zone/an area that is out of bounds. Like, how do I know if I have crossed into an area that is beyond my allowed location,? dDoes the bracelet vibrate, beep, ectc. when i accidentally cross into said area? What is considered a restricted zone (certain stores, locations, ectc.)?
I know I'm not allowed to be around the "alleged victim" (whom, by the way, I do not actually know. It was a random person at Indy Pride that I had never met before)., Bbut given that I don't know her, what happens if I'm out on an approved pass some day and I cross paths with her?
