However, leaders have to maintain their composure even under high tension and pressure. Another major quality is integrity, which is being honest and having strong moral principles.
Positive attitude is a great way to motivate team members, which isby keeping the office in a positive mood and finding the right balance between productivity and playfulness. Initiate this balance by organizing happy hours, preparing small birthday celebrations, or by bringing surprise snacks for the team members in busy times.
Giving some level of freedom to team members to do their work and to set their own deadlines, would be an efficient leadership style. This style of leadership allows leaders to have feedback and monitor performances to achieve desired success.
