We will soon be using the Medforce Command Center Business process tool to manage incoming customer service faxes. The file format for incoming faxes to customer service will change from .PDF files to the .tif file format, because most mobile devices do not support viewing .tif image files. You will need to download .Tiff Image Viewer App
