One of my investigative experiences I have encountered in the field occurred in jJune 2016. It was a night shift on a warm fFriday under the traffic call sign TOM. I hwads aon patrol with a Police Officer II, when we received a 911 emergency call about a heavy accident at the Jefferson motel area. We responded immediately to the scene with code 3 and arrived pretty fast at the location. We saw a red jester which had crashed into a blue taxi at an intersection. The taxi driver was still behind the steering wheel and was bleeding from his head area.

My partner started immediately to applyied first aid while I ruan to the red jester to check forn the other driver. sSurprisingly, there was no occupant in the vehicle. We called the fire department and made sure sisto helpd the taxi driver, who was later transported to the County General Hospital. At this point we started to investigate the scene with the help of other officers.
