Managers in an organisation guide people towards achieving their goals; they do this by motivating their employees. Motivating employees is very important because if you don’t motivate an employees they dowill n’ot show their best and they wouildl n’ot have respect for you. However, if you motivate employees they will try to makedo their best for the business by working harder. The reason why managers motivate employees is because they want to find out about their employees' needs and wants. If they fikndow their employees needs and wants, they will apply them when they are motivating them,: for example one employee might gbecomet motivated with arewards.
