Thank you for your email. We are very concerned that KRA was not able to locate the missing returns for July 2015, despite your effort in presenting relevant documents confirming payment for the same.
Christine, in copy, will take up the matter; she is the appropriate person who remits payee returns up to the final process,that ies, from populating employees’ details on the iTax P10 excel file to uploading the file onto iTax and generating payment slip (eslip) which she submits to relevant government agencies, together with the cheque.
We acknowledge that this is very frustrating and an inconveniencinge for you. but unfHowevertunately, this is a complex issue awhich, unfortundately, is beyond our control.
We hope after our Accountant drafts the requested letter to KRA, all concerned offices will make constructive efforts in ensuring the issue is sorted out once and for all.
