I just wanted to share with all of you that one of our members (85632) received a 100% discount on his hospital bill, which was sent to our hospital negotiation service.
I contacted this member to see how his experience was using this service. He was very pleased with the result, and he couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I informed him that we appreciate his feedback and value his business. He told me that he was very appreciative of the service we provided him, and that he would be recommending FHS to his friends and family.
