I was fortunate enough to be thrown into the design
territory, in which I initially had no idea where to start – it
was not only about designing, but also was a whole
produce of commercial retail and café.
From site-visit to finding builders, budget calculation
to whipping the team (when timing was crucial) - my
involvement had become all over the places.
From these experiences, I gained understanding
of many essential sectors in retail design, such as
permissions & licensing matter, customer flow, material
interaction, lighting, connectivity, staffing, and much
more.
