Reducing unscheduled leave is where we need to start. Unscheduled leave affects outr overtime percentage, penaltyies, and it decreases our salary and benefits.
ROne of the root causes of unscheduled leave is management approving leave, without the knowledge of the attendance supervisor. Having a high turnover rate, with thea supplemental work force, creates a high percentage of overtime each day.
