I am writing to complain about the service provided by your company.
I bought withfrom you on the 5th of May a mp3an MP3. Unfortunately, when I unpacked the product at home on the same day , I saw ,that my mp3 isMP3 was broken. When I turned it on, theno music was not heard. I was tryed ontried it with some new headphones, but that did not help.The headphones were from your company, so I was sure they would work, and everything would work.
Unfortunately, this did not bring the expected results.
I think in such a large company such as in youryours, there should not haveexist such problems.
I am very sorry that I got a damaged mp3.ExpectsMP3. I expect the item to be exchanged, for a refund oror to be provided with a full refund.
