II've received an email stating that a delivery attempt was made yesterday 8/14/17 for my order EV25677 @ 6:47pm.
I just want to inform you that this is not a true statement. I was home yesterday during the alleged delivery time and can confidently say that no delivery attempt was made.
Could you please contact me via email or telephone and let me know the status of my order.order?
