We had a discussion with Timothy and his team todaythis afternoon; below are the points discussed during the meeting.

• Add Master data team as a first levelfirst-level approver for the existing share point.
• Status of the Nintex go-live

Tim was of the opinion, that adding the approver to the existing workflow will take a longer time, and it is a duplication of work. They have considered and incorporated the MDM team as a first levelfirst-level approver in the Nintex.
Nintex’s UAT script will be shared with the MDM team next week, and is expected to completebe completed by next week. Tentative Go-Live date is 18th Sep.

Tim’s view was that even if they start modifying the existing workflow, it will take at least 2-3 weeks for movingto move it to production, and by then, Nintex wouldwill have gone live.
Considering the above point, we can we continue to follow the same existing process until we go-livego live on Nintex.
