Respected Sir Commissioner,

This is about Jigme Dorji, Revenue Inspector (RRCO Phuntsholing) who has been attached to RRCOThimphu Cash Counter, sincefrom 15th November 2017 tillto date, as per the instruction from Offtg. Director.

I would like to giveprovide a report of himhis activities:

- We have maintained a separate attendance register, especially for him. We are strictly monitoring him on a daily basis. We are happy to tell thereport to management that, tillto date, he has come to the office on a daily basis without being absent.
- For 15 days, from 15th Nov to 30th Nov 2017, we didn’t assign any work and has been strictly monitoringmonitored him.
- From 1st December 2017, we have assigned him to some paper workspaperwork and data punching in excelExcel, while auditing other agencies attached to the team leader.
- From 1st January 2018 to 31st March (Peak(peak season), we have attached him withto the Cheque Counter, to help with the Inspector-in-charge in cheque Counter toand ease the counter work, with the least risk involveinvolved there.
