The Seahawk, asloalso known as a brig, is an American merchant-shipmerchant ship built in the late 1700s to early 1800s. It took Charlotte Doyle on aher voyage back home to Rhode Island from England in the summer if 1832. Consisting of two-mastsThe ship has two masts, a stern to bow measuring at 107 ft.feet, and a 130-ft.a 130-foot deck, and it weighs around 700 tons.
