During the active phase of the experiment (conducted for 2 months), patients from group A received tamsulosin 0.4 mg/day once and solifenacin at a double dose of 20 mg/day once, patients from group B received tamsulosin 0.4 mg/day and solifenacin in a standard dose of 10 mg/day once, patients from group C received a placebo.
