In reference withto the submission of the grades monitoring report of 1st Semester AY 2017-2018 as of this date, your respective faculty members are still not complying with the QMS submission as per schedule.

We will provide another incomplete evaluation this coming semestral endssemester that will lead to the wrong advisementadvice during enrolment.
