The letter for my second appointment specified the following details:

Bya)By virtue of canon 536, you are to foster participatory decision-making and sharedshare responsibility through planning, implementation, and evaluation with the parish pastoral/ finance council.
To keepb)Keep well-organized books of receipts and expenditures;
Archives.
With the understanding that the past and present activities of any parish have precious historical, cultural and pastoral value, kindly make efforts to conserve the parochial registers, documents, and files relevant to the Churchchurch. These documents and registers include:
Registers of baptisms, marriages, deaths, confirmation and first Holy Communion;
Register of catechumens catechisms.
Book of banns and documents of pre-marital investigation;.
Books of minutes of the parish pastoral and finance councils;.
Pious foundations .
Parish chronicles, bishop’s circulars, reports, etc;.
Records relating to the financial matters of the parish .
Title deeds and records of the parish properties .
Catalog of the above documents .
This clearly shows an operation that goes beyond saying the mass and preaching the God’s word. The entire gamut of the priestly ministry inis interlaced with ministries and assignments which require socializing skills.
