During World War 2, There were many people who helped during the wardid what they could to help, but the people who helped the most were thewere civilians. It was the small acts of kindness and support shown by civilians that eventually helped save the lives of many Jews and troops. Some civilians risked their lives to help the Jews and troops by hiding them, helping them flee the countryto other countries, and providing them with food, water, and clothing.
