As a part of my bachelor's degree, we got our project at the end of our first semester. It was team basedteam-based and our professor made teams of five members each. He randomly made our teamteams, and we all were not familiarall unfamiliar with one another. The project was critical and required a lot of time, effort, creativity and management. It was pretty hard to get to know about each other and to interact after class because it was my very first team-based project in university. My professor made me the leader of my team. Since I was not familiar with anyone before and being a leader, it becamewas more challenging for me to meet our goalgoals. I decided to communicate with all team members confidently and asked them to plan for one team meetup per week in the library for interaction. I asked them all for their timetables and contact numbers so that we cancould decide a day and time when we all willwould all be available and won'twouldn't have any classclasses or work. I made a group on whatsappWhatsApp and added all members so that we cancould decide and communicate foron our meet-ups,meetups to complete the project work. During our meet-upsmeetups, we also had healthy discussions about our interestinterests, studies, hobbies and daily life routine androutines as well as about future career plans too. We interacted with each other to get to know about one and other and worked hard and stay focused on our main goal. Despite our tough schedules, we managed to getmake time to complete our project on time. We were able to succeed and on completingcomplete all of the components of our project. Our professor considered the project one of the best among them all, he. He appreciated us a lot and gave our example to the class thatof how other students can do better in future.
