1- I would like to be chosen to participate in TLP to be able to learn, grow and become a better leader for our Teamteam. I believe I would be able to apply what I learn intoto every aspect of my life as a mother, daughter, sister, and over all as a person.


2- I expect to learn different methods to lead, at the same time learning about myself as a leader.


3- My current job responsabilitiesresponsibilities as a manager isare to lead by example and this learning will be very helpful for me to become a successful leader and to grow with my team all as one.


4- I have chosen Dr. Cho from LLU and she has agreed to be my mentor. We will interact over the phone orand through emails.
