AtIn both previous and present studesstudies, it can concludebe concluded that of the six methods which used during this study, twoused-two from themthe soaked seeds and soaked seedlings were unsuccessful in radishradishes, while drops methods were successful to generate tetraploid radishradishes. The two novelty methods which were used in this study, methods number (1) and (3) were generated the highest percentage of tetraploid radishradishes. However, method (1) outshone over method (3) by lessenedusing less treated timestime. While treatmentTreatment 0.1% concentration of colchicine obtained a high percentage of respondents in drops methods,; overall the colchicine concentration was less than 0.1%, its best level to generate a large number of tetraploid with drops methods in radishradishes. All radish genotypes tested in this study had a convergent ratio of response to obtainedobtain the tetraploid. The several tests of putative detection tetraploid used during the survey to accurate assessment dogmatized that rationality percentage of diploid, and getgot a tetraploid radish. These result may pave the way for further research to elucidate the effect of colchicine soaked methods on radish seed and seedlings.
