I am writing with reference to an e-mail, which I received yesterday concerning a default ofon the spaceship loan payment. There appears to be a misunderstanding regarding a transaction on the outstanding amount of 20.000 PLN.

First of all, I did not buy a spaceship, there. There seems to be an error inon your system. Secondly, in an e-mail, which I received from your bank, you mentioned about thea 20% penalty on the outstanding amount, if any payments until are not done by tomorrow would not be done. Furthermore, as I always once a week I was checkingcheck the balance andonce a week, I noticed there was notno debit on the amount of theof 20.000 PLN only then, thatwhich is why I did find outfound this error and did not informedinform you earlier.

I would be glad if you would looklooked into this matter promptly, because my credit card is blocked, and I hope that such a misunderstanding cannotwon't be allowed to happen again.
