I thought I would provide a further update.

We obtained the correct ledger from Cobden + Hayson. It showed many issues with the rental payments. May payments were dishonoured, but ultimately repaid. CH indicated the tenancy was not great. This tenant has now decided he will not proceed. Based on the feedback, I could not have recommended him.

We had the couple through again. They have indicated theythat they love the property. I spoke with them today and they indicated theythat they are still waiting on their own property to finalise a tenancy. They will not commit to the $650 per week until they can be assured their property is rented for the agent quotedagent-quoted figure. They are very nice people and would be a good fit. We hope to have an answer by Tuesday.

We showed another lady through the property today. She thought the place was great, but has a desire to be on the other side of Victoria Road.

We have a further enquiry who will view this Saturday.

I firmly believe we are at the right price point. The interest is there. We need to ensure that we have the right style of tenant.
