Please see below the numbers for Dzembo’s project.

As you can see
inon the sheet below, our projected profit was 40%. However, due to unplanned additional expenses, we are at negative at $ 1,191.40 on what we had budgeted to cover the costs for this project.

So, as of today our profit is at $6,818.15 or 34%, a loss of 6% of profit.

Is there any way we can save money? Maybe we can negotiate the price of the cabinets install? I’m calculating $
3,097 for install, resulting in a profit of 34%. If we can reduce this expense, that would be great.

*** Last Bills To Be Paid (Projected Amounts)

- Installation of cabinets: $
3,097
- Deco Hardware Installation: $
300
- Cleaning Services: $
100

*** Where we
have spent more than we projected

- Cabinets: $
1,373.75 more

- Plumbing Fixtures: $
24.94 more

TOTAL: $
1,398.69

(Other items offset the loss, leaving it at $
1,191.40)
