Emitt and Tom both were at the wrong place at the wrong time in some sort. The book ´ToTo Kill A Mocking Bird´Bird, states that in Tom Robinson’s trial he will be guilty by public opinion first because they think black men are predators and emitt till’sEmitt Till’s story was like that too, when they thought he apparently whistled at a white women.
