There has been a substantial increase in the use of mobile phones in developing countries since 2000. In some low economic countries, it has been observed that approximately 56% of the population have one or more mobile phones in 2006. Actually, in 1990 people who have a landline were less than 50%. However, the innovation of mobile phones were aswas a revolution, and hundreds of millions of people were usedusing it.

, Mostmost of rural people are poor, and mobile communication areis very important for them. Mobile communications content has many diversity ofdiverse features, so it is useful for them to communicate with illiterate and low income people, especially for trade purposepurposes. TradeNet, a Ghana- based enablecompany, enables users to sign up in order to gain SMS notifications for goods that they need to baybuy and sell when anyone requests an offer by mobile phone (Khalil et al., 2009).
