I really apologize for this on going situation. I have put together a plan to avoidprevent this from happening in the future. I completely understand how this could be a major issue for the Crew. I have several new agents on the desk. I don’t think I quite understand how to block the rooms. I have designated this task to the Supervisors on each shift. They will manage this going forward to ensure thisit does not happen again moving forward. I will oversee as well to make sure this task is being done before the crew arrives.
