Good Morningmorning,

Over the last week or so
, I have been running into a lot of issues where there are service packs listed on the client facing JIRA. After doing some research with Terry, we believe that we may have isolated the issue and werewe're looking to see if there is a way to pull data out of JIRA for a specific filter.

So, it appears that a former PM here at Shaw had the tendency to place the service pack number in the JIRA so that her clients
knowknew what was going on. However, as you can imageimagine, this is causing quite a bit of confusion and frustration on the clientsclients' part. Terry and I wereare looking to see if there is a awayway to filter in JIRA that would sub-sort by client , sub-sortand by fix version, and have Krista Avery involved. involved?

We
would beare looking for all clients, as the SAM will have to go in and clean up those.

Here is the JIRA that we looked at yesterday UPGR-439
- SPC 19327 .

Let me know if this makes sense and if you have any questions
.

Thank you
,
