The focus of this project is to develop a performance measurement system through a dynamic dashboard. Any educational organization can utilize this system and follow the strategic planning procedure by setting up their strategic objectives, and measure itthem through multiple KPIs. During this project, searchingwe searched for a similar application of KPIs has been done, based on the chosen industry. The project will carry a well-definedefinition of each KPI provided by the organization. Noting, considering that main concern of this project is in the implementation and integration of the dashboard, not in providing KPIs and strategic plans for the chosen industry. KPIs and strategic plans used in this project was an examplewere taken from literaturesliterature and other universities just to help demonstrating the dashboard.
