Due to the exceeding amount of calls we have been getting at this timelately, I have been receiving more complaints from customers inwith regards to the waiting time when they are on the line. Unfortunately, our customers have been complaining about this for quite some time, and currently most callers are very upset and unsatisfied because they go several minutes waiting and it is takingusing their credit in the meanwhile.
Therefore, I'd like to suggest a live chat feature. I believe that this service will be an efficient communication method and it wouldwill satisfy our customers, sincebecause it will not cost them andanything and we can tend to their queryqueries faster. The live chat feature wouldwill ease the amount of calls that are coming in and it wouldand boost our customer satisfaction.
