As you know the XYZ Project will be starting soon, and you all have been assigned to work on the projectit. I will be heading up this project and I need to set some ground rules for communicationsaround communication. First of all, only communicate with project members.

Secondly, keep each email to one though to an email,issue/thought. Third, if the email isn't about the project, don't include it in this thread.

Finally, if you have a questionany questions, before posting be sure to review the entire thread to make sure someone hasn't already answered it before posting.
