Also, ICT can play a significant role in tackling youth unemployment and gear sustenableprovide sustainable growth and development throughby introducing new activities and applicationapplications into rural and urban areas. For instance, the youth empowerment initiative of the Federal Governmentfederal government of through the N-POWER programme which willwill transform 10,000 young NigeriaNigerians into software developers for the local and international marketmarkets. Effective implementation of ICT policies will create a vibrant social, economical and technological development ofin Africa.
