• Mr. Zulkifly informed the new contract rates waswere relayed to tour operators in Italy through emails sent by Area General Manager for Taaras Resort dated 14 July 2020. The operators were placed in the difficult situationposition of having to notify their clients of the new rates, which waswere intended to be imposed next year, especially after pandemicthe Covid-19; pandemic.
• However, Tan Sri was firmed with regarding the decision to increase the price of the new rates for Taaras Resort & Spa commencing April 2021. Albeit the new rates, Berjaya Group is willing to consider the previous rates on any confirmed and packages sold. Tourism Malaysia to get further info from Ms. Vincenza on the total number and details of confirmed clients.
