It's good hearing from you.
The first thing I will tell you is that it's gonnagoing to be tough starting all over, because your body lost the memory of exercising, but it's more than possible!
My advice is that you should start with baby steps,. I'm not sure how much free time you have, but three days a week could be a start.
I believe that you could go for a walk or run, and then do some stretching and increase that with the passing of time.
I recommend not to start all hard at the same time as if you have been exercising all year because, as a result of that, you will have body acheaches and that it'sis not good.
I hope this works for you, and if not, you should speak to a specialist.
