Reason one not using your phone practices mindfulness- not using your phone practices mindfulness by not worrying about it all the time and not checking your phone constantly. ifIf you're on your phone all the time it causes stress and anxiety and you don't want that. Being off of your phone helps you focus on the things that are going on around you and you are more aware of your situation so it keeps you on your toes. The second reason why high school students should practice mindfulness is because there are serious health hazards from being on your phone and it could cause effect to your neck by keeping it tilted downward for long amountsperiods of time. youYou can cause pain into your neck and it could do severe damage to your nerves and can cause vision problems, fatigue and lack of sleep. It also causes us not to pay attention to things that could be dangerous to all of us, like walking in front of a car. but staying off ofStaying off our phones givesmakes us more realizationaware of what is going on around us and it practices mindfulness because it gives us less stress by not worrying about it all day every day.
