Are we really purchasing organic food?

Currently,
there'sthere has been a controversy about the appearance of many natural products in supermarkets and other food shops.

I've been trying to find out more information on this subject and realised that most of the
timestime when you buy this kind of product, you do not get what you're supposed to.

I've got the feeling that lots of farmers are trying to take advantage of the trend of people who are concerned about consuming unhealthy substances. Furthermore, I'd dare to say that they grow plants as it has been done traditionally and sell their products as if they were grown organically.

So, in my opinion, you can only be sure that you're consuming something healthy when you know the authentic origin of those products. Moreover, I'd suggest that the best option would be to choose products grown as near to the place where you live as you can.
