Good Afternoon, Everyone,
I hope you all have had a wonderful week so far. I wanted to let everyone know of some “Best Practices” we have for processing and photographing products for internal use/client sharing. During last Monday’s visit, I noticed some VM tools missing from the RTW & ACC shops that I needed for display purposes. Once I inquired
about where they were, I was theytold they were located in the Executive Officesexecutive offices, which waswere being used for processing and photographing new merchandise. Please make sure that VM tools do not leave the Chanel shops,; they are for display purposes only within our designated areas. (VM Toolstools are approved for product photography within the Chanel shops though)though.) In regards to processing new receipts and photography, please make sure deliveries are being sent to the designated Chanel shop. All handbags, costume jewelry, small leather goods, sunglasses, and scarves should be processed, photographed, back stocked, and displayed within the ACC shop. All ready-to-wear merchandise should be processed, photographed, back stocked, and displayed within the RTW shop. I understand these procedures were changed when we did not have a Brand Ambassadorbrand ambassador in place.., but now that we have Andrea in the role, she has been trained on the Chanel Image Standards and should have responsibility for all product processing & photography. This has been the “Best Practice” at all locations in the Multi-Brand Select and Multi-Brand Boutique modules to uphold Global Image Standards.

I have attached our Client Communication Document as well for your reference.

Thank you in advance for your partnership with this request,

Blake Barclay
